If you are not satisfied with your service, I am happy to make adjustments. Contact me via email,
within seven days of the original service date. Changes in color from the initial consultation agreement are not considered an adjustment. If you attempt to have an adjustment elsewhere your guarantee is considered void.
Cancellation & Rescheduling -
I understand life happens, if you are unable to keep your reserved appointment, cancel or reschedule online 24 hours or before your scheduled appointment to avoid a re-booking fee. Re-booking fees are 50% of services scheduled for late cancellation or no-shows. Fees will need to be paid in full before you will be able to re-book.
